Capital are proud to share that we have achieved a Net Promoter Score (NPS®) of 87.5. This score is a key metric for assessing customer experience and reflects how likely clients are to recommend our service and products to others. A survey conducted by an independent research group asked our clients, “On a scale of 0-to-10, how likely is it that you would recommend Capital to a friend or colleague?”
The majority responded with scores of 9 or 10, leading to this impressive NPS result.
