Operations Management Team Senior Assistant

About this role 

The Operations Management Team Senior Assistant will report to the Operations Director and play a crucial role in overseeing the coordination between sales, project management and production departments. This role involves working to deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities 
  • Coordinate with various departments to maintain smooth workflow and resource availability.
  • Support the production management team on all administrative tasks, including the preparation of reports for capacity and production planning.
  • Produce monthly KPI reports on all departments.
  • Provide administrative support in relation to the Quality Management system.
  • Maintain accurate production records, including reports on output, defects and efficiency.
  • Prepare and analyse reports to identify areas for improvement and optimise production efficiency.
  • Co-ordinate and organise Health & Safety tasks.
  • Provide office administration support to the operations management team.

 

Flexibility and Adaptability

  • Be flexible within the role and accept that from time to time, you may be required to carry out other roles within the business to assist in covering resourcing gaps.
Requirements
  • Understanding of statistical cost analysis
  • Batchelor degree or higher
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft suite
  • SAP/MRP/ERP/MES software experience an advantage
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Full valid Irish work permit, and proficiency in the English language is required.
  • Fluency in Mandarin an advantage.
Benefits & Other details
  • Full-time position.
  • Successful candidate expected on-site 40 hours a week.
  • Monday to Thursday, 07:30 to 16:30 and Friday, 07:30 to 13:30.
