These five lead values direct how we operate, influence the decisions we make and determine who we choose to hire.
We value attentiveness, care and attention to detail. Every wire, connector, switch and panel represents the Capital standard.
We value the curiosity that questions, challenges and explores. The confidence and ambition to challenge the status quo, and do things that have never been done.
We value the commitment, determination and grit it takes to overcome all obstacles and deliver.
We value trusted, long-term, warm, open, collaborative relationships. Both in our team and with our clients.
We value the ambition, energy and bravery that challenges the status quo and breaks new ground.
Our apprenticeship program is designed to nurture talent and provide a hands-on, practical grounding in switchgear products, in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Apprentices work on real projects, guided by and learning from our senior team. Apprentices progress through four on-the-job phases and three off-the-job phases in an educational setting via Solas (the State agency tasked with building a world-class Further Education and Training sector). This hybrid structures provides a mix of theory and practical learning.
