Sustainability Strategy

Since our beginnings in 2012, we have prioritised sustainable profit growth, employee well-being, and mental health. This is supported by transparent communication through Townhall meetings, toolbox talks, and quarterly social activities.

Capital’s commitment to sustainable growth

In early 2024, we earned a Bronze certification from EcoVadis, reflecting our dedication to sustainability. Looking ahead, we plan to enhance waste and energy monitoring systems and conduct Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) on product lines. The ultimate goal is to reduce our carbon footprint and achieve carbon neutrality by 2030 for scope 2 emissions and 2050 for scope 1 emissions.
